Gospel: Matthew 15 - The Canaanite woman asks Jesus for healing for her daughter who is tormented by a demon.” The disciples urged him to send her away, and he initially refuses to help. But she persists, saying that even the dogs get crumbs from the master's table. He sees the greatness of her faith and the daughter is healed.
